Hey guys,
Noob here from St. Louis - arguably the beer capital of the midwest! Urban Chestnut and Civil Life are my local faves.

I have some good friends who've been brewing for years, and I'm finally taking on the hobby for myself.

Like many, I'm starting out with the Northern Brewery Essential Starter Kit. My Caribou Slobber has been fermenting for 7 days, so I'm sure I'll be asking a few dumb questions here in the coming weeks. But I promise to do my best to "search" through the threads before posting
