Hello Brewers,
I brew in Sequim WA about once every two to three weeks on a single level 10 gallon all grain system with three keggles and two March pumps. Chill with counterflow chiller and ferment in a 15 Gallon fermenator.
My next beer is going to be a SMASH with Marris Otter and Citra. I have never done a SMASH beer before and any hints, tiip, cautions etc. are welcome.
On Tap: Robust Porter and IPA.
