Hello! I have been reading this forum since I started brewing about a year ago and decided to finally make an account to maybe contribute a little bit.
I am still brewing extract due to a limitation in storage at my place, but am very much wanting to move on to all-grain brewing.
I recently built my 4-tap keezer (SO let me put it in the living room ) which has been a dream upgrade from bottling. Currently on tap is a German Pilsner, IPA, Sweet Stout & Dubbel.
I have a big (OG 1.132) Belgian Quad/BDSA and a Hefeweizen in primary. This Friday I will be brewing an Imperial Brown Ale for winter.
I live in San Luis Obispo County, CA which is where breweries like Firestone Walker, Figueroa Mountain, Tap It, Barrel House & Libertine reside. Needless to say, craft beer is big part of the culture here.
I started a blog literally yesterday to document some of my experiments. It's in my signature. I look forward to being a part of this forum!
