I just started into brewing. My main focus will be Mead. I work for a beekeeping supply company. I was asked by my boss to do a demo and talk about making mead at our tour during the National Beekeepers convention this year, So I figured what better way to learn than to do it. At first I will be reading as much as I can in the posts before I make my first post of an substance.
