I am a Newbie, Wine maker.
First off I would like to say thanks to the guys in the wine forums. I have learned a great deal just from reading the posts.
A little about me, my name is Charles, I am 32, and I enjoy making wine. Is it me or is it addictive? So far I have completed 3 batches, 6 gallons each. My first one was a kit, the other 2 were from recipes. I currently have 2 other batches in process. I have roughly 6 mos of making wine under my belt. I thought I had a pretty good grasp of how brewing worked; till I found these forums. Now I sit around trying to figure out what O.G stands for.
