I have been lurking around for a while and didn't really plan on posting until I had something worth posting, but wanted to respond to the Tap Handle thread, so here I am. I have gotten a lot of good info on here, and I have my first extract brew sitting in my primary. The bubbles stopped after two days, but I guess from what i've read, that's not a major cause for concern. It's only been in the primary (plastic bucket) for 5 days, so I dont even want to open it for a gravity reading - i just have my fingers crossed that it will be OK when i check it in another week or two.
