Been brewing for about a year. Most of our batches have been starter kits that come from our local home brew store. They tend to resemble a lot of the recipes that you find in the "Homebrewer Guide" by Michael Jackson.

We have found a couple of recipes that are turning out really well - and now we are looking into ways to fine tune them to get them "just right".

Looks like this site is going to help out alot.......
