Hey,

I'm Scott and I'm a new homebrewer from Nebraska. I think that life is too short to drink bad beer. So I don't. I am working, in conjunction, with another student to create a homebrew club at my university to try and get more people excited about brewing and beer!

My favorite beer is Guinness. There is never not a good time for a Guinness. My goal is to create a Belgium Golden Strong Ale to compete with brewers around my state!
