So I managed to get a hold of a brewing kit about a week ago & I am very excited to start using it. I ordered a beginer's recipe kit from Austin Homebrew Supply and have been reading up on the brewing process non-stop. I think I have a good understanding of what needs to be done... Thanks to this forum & all the helpful advice everyone posts here.
I'm sure I will be posting many questions, concerns & random thoughts here. Who knows, with a little practice I might be able to help out here and there.
