Hello, I am kinda new to homebrewing. A few years ago I made a bunch of Brewhouse beer kits. I think it was their Munich Lager and the Winter ale. I have made each of those kits 3-4 times. I did that when I had access to all of the equipment that I needed.
I worked at a Winenot franchise winery for 7 years. I used pails/carboys and SS Tanks to make RJSPagnols wine kits. I have made over 10,000+ of those kits. I got really good at making them to say the least...
I left there a few years ago and am just starting to get back into making some beer. I got my hands on some beer equipment via Craigslist and now here I am.
