Hey Y'all!
Long time lurker, first time poster. I've been brewing for 3 or 4 years, I've been doing all-grain about half that time, and just upgraded to kegging this past summer after a lucky Craigslist find. HBT has always been an invaluable source of info, so I thought I would start to actually contribute. Also, I am trying to postpone studying for law school finals. So, hey!
