Hello everyone I'm new to these forums and Brewing. ALready made two batches this week a Brewer's Best Red Ale and an Apple Cider from a recipe here on the forums slightly modified. I am loving every bit so far and there is so much to learn about.

Oe big question What do you do in between? I've got two 5 gallon buckets in the back room fermenting away no other buckets nor do I really need more then 10 gallons all at once. How do you occupy your time?

I tend to spend my time staring and talking to the yeast. My minions, I call them. Once you have a decent pipeline built up it's pretty easy to crack open a HB and forget about the fermenters.

Other hobbies help also, or going to work if you aren't retired.
