Hello! I just started brewing mead and am loving it! I’ve only finished a couple batches so far but have really learned a lot and hope to learn more from this forum!

Welcome to the madness we call a hobby. I know a couple of great mead makers in Michigan. One of my all time favorites is a wild cherry melomel that my nephew from Baldwin makes annually. Another is a prickly pear from the Ann Arbor area. You should check out some of the homebrew clubs because there are some very good homebrew, mead and wine makers in your state.

Plus this forum has information on everything you need to make great homebrewed beverages.
