Found this forum just browsing around online and read through a bunch of threads before making an account.
Been reading some books and working on Fancier™ fermentations (after starting with hard Kombucha—essentially the easiest of them all—a few years ago). Now trying to get into winemaking and (hopefully) beer at some point in the near future. Luckily, NorCal is a very easy place to get some good grapes, so very much looking forward to this harvest season
