Hi All

Just wanted to introduce myself.

I am a home brewer in the planning stages of a nano-brewery here in Vegas.

Lots of support from people and submitting my beers for judging.

I know, brewing as a business can be tough, and really shouldn't get into it, leave it as a hobby, etc.

But I digress, hello all, and hope to contribute and to learn even more.

Welcome! That's awesome to hear about your brewery. Yea it can be tough, but if you can make money from your hobby then you'll be happier than 99% of the workforce in your job.

Curious, what will your production volume be? I've heard more and more about these nano-breweries. Cool concept. Definitely keep up posted.

Production is expected to start at less than 5bbl per week production.

We are looking at selling to very bars in Vegas that specialize in the beer you can't get anywhere else.

On a side note it also drastically reduces the initial investment and allows us to grow at a controlled pace without risking nearly as much capital.

This business model makes alot of sense to me. More and more companies are doing it as a way to test their products without risking a ton of money only to find out that it's not what the customer wants. Start small, test, then grow. I've also heard it referred to as "don't give birth to a 13 year old."

Best of luck.
