Hello from Indy

Hi all,

I just started my brewing experience last week with a Mr. Beer kit I got for Christmas. I bottled it yesterday and I can't wait to try it. I started the cider recipe from Mr. Beer yesterday and its fermenting nicely. After poking around here and doing some other reading from a couple of books I checked out at the library, I feel like I want to move one from Mr. Beer already, lol. My wife is even into it. We found a local brew shop and she bought all of the equipment needed to make wine out of some fresh blackberries. I'm look forward to getting to know everyone.

Welcome to HBT, It is sure a great place. If not for here my beer would not be as loved and taste so great. I know how it is to have some bottled beer you want to try so bad, but make sure you don't drink them all before 3 weeks have past, they will be so much better after that time.
