I am Rudy, 34 from Holland. In my spare time i am a brewer and beekeeper. I like brewing all grain but i dont always have the time. In holland there is not much info on the forums about extract brewing and mini mash, So i was looking around and found homebrewtalk and made a profile.

Stinkmuis - with honey on hand from keeping bee's, do you make mead also?

ACbrewer yes i make Mead, Cider and honey liqueur as well. I find it much easier to drink the honey then to eat it all
