Having spent about 2 weeks on the board now, reading post after post I want to thank you guys up front for answering questions I didn't know I had yet.

I'm currently in the process of aquiring all the stuff I need to start my home brew venture..and seeing as i find myself on this board daily, I'd say im hooked before I boil my first pot of water.

I've got about 70 grolsch bottles...step one complete.
gonna score a cheap garage fridge for all the beer and temp control...HOT DOWN HERE.
then score a kit and kettle...
hopefully will be brewing by end of month.

till then i'll just keep reading about all you guys beer (green with envy)
and looking at all the equipment pics (some i'm drooling over)

Welcome to homebrewtalk!
As you know, you will find lots of good advice here. I would also recommend getting a good book on home brewing (my personal favorite is Charlie Papazian's The Complete Joy of Home Brewing.
Doing a bit of research will help your first brewing session run much smoother.
