I'm new to brewing but have gotten some great help locally from a friend (who is teaching me all-grain brewing from the start,) and from Carolina Brewmasters, the local homebrew club.

This forum has already been a great tool for a ton of informational questions I've had so far as a lurker, and I hope enjoy some fine conversation as I learn this hobby.

Agreed, what's the word on Triple C down at South End? I hear they are supposed to be open by summer.

That is my buddies place, well I am friends with all 3 of the C's Chris, Chris & Christina. They have the building under construction and equipment is on the way. Hopefully late spring early summer. Their good peeps.

Not heard of triple C? I'm up in Huntersville though. Charlotte does indeed have some great beer resources and breweries/bars.

Welcome! Might have to head your way instead of Columbia for a "local" LHBS from what I hear. Happy brewing!
