Hi everyone, new homebrewer from the Sacramento area here. I have been brewing for about 2 years now, started with extract and after a few batches moved to all-grain 5 gallon batches. I've brewed one lager so far but mostly stick to brown/pale and rye ales. Anyhow, just wanted to throw that out there before I bombard everyone with questions, and thanks for the great info you all provide!
