Hi, I am in Beachwood, Ohio. I recently relocated to Ohio from Tracy, California. I started brewing beer in January of 2007, starting with a Mr. Beer kit. In about a year, I was putting together an All Grain system. The base of my system was an old, rickety grill stand. I have been wanting to rebuild it and upgrade the system a bit. So when I got the new job, I kept components, but ditched the table/stand.

We are currently renting a house, but I want to wait until we move into something more permanent before putting together a new brewing stand. I have two propane burners, a 5 gallon HLT, a 48 Quart picnic cooler mashtun, a converted keg for a BK, a pump, float switch, 25' copper immersion chiller, and a Counter-Flow-Chiller. I have considered moving to a HERMS system, as well as going electrical. Only problem is I'm short on know-how and skills. I have some funds available.

Anyways, in my search for designs, half the time I get directed to this web-site. I'm hoping I can learn something... find someone to help me with a design... perhaps even someone to assist in a build.

I've been on another site for a few years. Still frequent there for social interactions with the on-line friends I've made over there over the last few years. But am looking for another resource. I hope I've found that here.

Thanks,

Deerlsyr

Welcome,

I am only about 45 minutes south west of you, just north of Wadsworth.

I mainly just read posts on here because everything I want to ask has been covered and I almost never need too haha.

Welcome to HBT! I would help you with HERMS or the electrical if I knew how to but I don't. However, many people here have indepth knowledge on the subject and will gladly help you out.

Welcome aboard!

Thanks guys!

@LakewoodHomeBrew... my uncle lived in Lakewood for 21 years before he moved in 1995 (or thereabouts)
