Hi guys, I been lurking for a while and this is my first post. but this site has helped me with a LOT of questions or rather answers, so I like it a lot.

I live south of the border from the US in Mexicali, just in case you are wondering that's right in the middle between San Diego and Yuma. I consider myself a noob in brewing I been making my own beer since a little more than a year with could've been better to nailed it results, but have only brewed a few batches, mostly because of time/money/space reasons, but I recently bought a 16 gal pot and a 16 gal fermenter and I plant to put them to good use.

right now I have a 5 gal Nut Brown Ale in the fermenter, this one I managed to begin fermenting in 3 hours a new personal best :) with an O.G of 1.044

For next saturday I plan on doing 5 gal of an American wheat for my wife, the only way I can keep her from drinking Tecate Light is with wheat beers, I plan on adding some fruit but I haven't decided, between watermelon, strawberries or cranberries I also was planing on adding .25oz of coriander seeds.

any suggestions?
