Hello,
Just took up brewing at the start of this month. Just bought my second fermenter and brewed my third batch today. I'm starting out with ready made kits to get a idea for the processes down. I hope to move to all-grain in a few months. But I'm having a lot of fun with it so far, I really need to take up a hobby like this.
I bottled my first batch (Munich Lager) a week ago, and really wanting one, but I know I have to wait a bit longer
Pretty nervous still because I haven't tasted my brew yet
So we'll see, I figure I'll just get better with time.
I moved to New Zealand a few years ago from Seattle, and I can say I really miss Mac & Jack's. I hope I can make something similar to it.
I've already found some great tips on this website, so I figured I should join.
Thanks guys, happy brewing.
