Hello everyone. I'm here to learn, figure out what I need, experiment, brew good beer and share my knowledge. (all in that order, last part will be a while)
Alright. Long story short... I'm fed up with the huge taxes on our beer in canada. I have some time on my hands. I like craft brew. I pay extra attention to detail. I dont really know how to cook too well but if I put my mind to something I will not accept failure so I keep pushing.
I have no clue about brewing but I have about 4-6 months to gather info before I start. New to this forum stuff so, I just post questions and read others I guess?
