My name’s Aaron, I’m 26, and I’ve just discovered homebrewing, but I’ve been a little busy, and it seems like my friends aren’t as into it as I am. I also really like LEGO and drinking tea. I enjoy philosophy.

Welcome from Alabama! There are some very easy ways to get started making alcohol at home from cider with store bought juice or Chinese rice wine with simple equipment to quite complicated processes for all grain beer and water chemistry. Many levels in between so check things out here and ask questions. A ton of experience and willingness to help on this site. Happy fermenting!
