I am brand new to brewing. I just brewed my first 5 gallon batch from a kit yesterday. I discovered your site while reading John Palmer's book and had some questions on terms. I googled my questions and in both cases a link to this site popped up. In both cases, you all answered my question.
In looking around a bit tonight, I noticed you also have areas dedicated to things I do have experience with: cheese making, sausage making, coffee roasting, etc.
This looks like a very good site and I am looking forward to learning as much as I can from you and getting to know you in the process.
