Hi gang,
So I decided to pick up brewing again. Did a few batches in my college days. My lovely and wonderful wife got me an NB kit for Xmas. Of course not knowing any better she got me an All Grain recipe.
Needless to say that made me say screw extract and I have dived into AG. Took a bit to build and gather my equipment. First batch brewed on Monday and going great!
Just wanted to say thanks to everyone on these forums. A true font of information and experiance. I couldn't have done it without you.
