You have got to love the internet, With a wealth of knowledge like this on the net it is amazing that the commercial breweries still turn a profit.
I brew mainly extract but am always looking for better beers, Australia is starting to get some good microbreweries however you certainly pay for the privelage of drinking these 'premium beers' so much so that it is cheaper to put down a brew then to buy a six pack.
now as too my beer preference, I mainly brew lagers and pilseners but i have always got a few bottles of stout in the back of a cupboard somewhere.
good too be here and i look forward to learning more from the experienced brewers in this international brewing community.
