Hello from the great Pacific Northwest! My neighbor upgraded his operation a while ago and gave me his first setup (two five gallon buckets with all the bells and whistles and some ingredients)... So i just took christmas leave last week and on a wild hair mixed up a batch of beer (thanks to your forum!) It was a can of honeybrown extract and about 2.5lbs of breiss wheat extract. Very excited!!!
