Hey guys, thought I'd say hello and introduce myself. I'm new to the brewing game but have been drinking micros and craft brews for quite awhile now. I am definitely a fan of all Oregon brews, but am willing and eager to try more from around the country and world. As of right now I'm on my second extract/partial mash brews. I'am however in the midst of gearing up to go All-Grain. The first was a clone of Rogue's DEAD GUY ale, that was a serious learning curve and I'm surprised it turned out as well as it did. And the one that is currently bubbling away is a Clone of Rogue's Chocolate Stout .... ( bet
You can't tell I'm a Rogue fan lol)

Anyhoo I'll end this novel by saying thanks in advance for the help and knowledge :)

Welcome, Dune, and congrats on your first two beers. I'm like you, when I drink commercially produced beers, I like to drink local, too.

Welcome aboard! Yup a serious learning curve. I have spent about ten hours reading HBT for every hour of brewing. Well lets call it lurking instead of reading:) and then I forget what I learned; take notes and have fun Cheers:D
