Hello all!

I have been checking these forums out for quite sometime now. I found a lot of useful information here. It seems that there are so many people on here willing to help others out.

I have a bunch of extract kit brews under my belt. I attempted BIAB, and it went terribly sideways. It tasted like soapy water. I re-attempted BIAB method, and it turned out better. It was drinkable, but still not good.

Now, I am looking to get into All-Grain. I really enjoy having the ability to brew in my kitchen, so extract is going to be my winter hobby. I enjoy the science of brewing as well. It is fun to learn about.

Thank you very much for reading my post, and happy brewing to you!
