Hi new to the site and relitivly new to brewing allthought the family have done it for many years(only kits) at present i am only brewing with kits and having some good(in my oppinion) results. Cheers!!!

Hi Boo Boo i currently have a coopers stout on the go an all malt fixby gold, a muntons premium bitter. and also some Brewferm belgian style beers a Trappist double and tripple( i have quite a lot of time on my hands!) I have also experimented making a cider from pressed apple juice and had excellent results allthough it was advisable to stay sitting down after drinking it it was kinda like a westons special. I am looking to get some more tips for kit brewing and eventually move on to grain brews. If you know anything please share it with me! cheers for the reply.

Hi i am currently brewing a couple of all malt kits, Fixby gold from brewpacks & a muntons premium bitter. Other brews i have on the go are some trappist style belgian brews from Brewferm these are excellent. I have just started a coopers stout before brekfast so watch this space never tried it before.
I have also been experimenting wit making cider from fresh apple juice this has produced some excellent results (very potent and dry). I am looking for any tips people have for kit brewing and eventually want to move on to grain brewing cheers for taking the time to reply and if you have any knowlege please share!!
