The only drawback to this beer was the high level of carbonation that greeted me. To me it caused all the flavors to dissipate rather quickly. This was a bit disappointing because I wanted the complex flavors to stick around longer.

But that is the only flaw to the wonderful beer.

It would be a great compliment to chocolate for desert. In fact with it's effervescence it would play nicely against a dense piece of Chocolate Cake. Or this could be a dessert-like night cap in itself.

A- (only because of the level of carbonation)

This is a limited release seasonal beer.
