I brewed this a couple of weeks ago. This beer has a fast turn around. Turned out great, can't just have one!! I grabbed the wrong hops when I was at the LHBS didn't realize it until it was time to add them, I was skeptical but turned out real nice. I was drinking in 22 days.

12 Oz. Honey malt
8 Oz. Caravienne malt
8 Oz. Munich malt 20 L
6 Lbs. Wheat Dme
.5 Oz. Hallertauer {4.80} Boil 60
1.00 oz. Horizon [12.00] boil 45
1.00 oz. Saaz [3.75] boil 15
.50 oz. sweet orange peel Boil 5
American Hefeweizen ale WLP320

OG 1.054
FG 1.014

5 Oz. - 5.5 0z of priming sugar Depending on what your into
 
Sounds great, and I also find my wheat beers ferment out really quickly. My last hefe fermented from 1051 to 1010 in 4 days, I kegged it on day 5 and was drinking it on day 7. 1 week from grain to glass!

Tastes exactly like Schoffer, that's what Wyeast 3068 underpitched and fermented at 62.5 will do for you...
