I used a vegetable peeler to take off the peel of a large orange. It worked great and left all the pith on the orange. One large orange gave me 1 oz of thin orange peel which I then covered in vodka over night.
The next morning it smelled like Tang :rockin:
Dumped that in after primary and let it sit there for a few mores days before bottling.
