Need some help, feedback, ideas. I just bottled my 1st batch of hefeweizen (1st batch of anything to be clear) 5 days ago. Being anxious I cooled and opened one today. I have the banana / clove flavors going on but I notice a bitter flavor right from the get go. I have read on posts that you can wait for a beer to develop past the "young" stage, but I am curious if this taste is to be expected in another week, two, three...
