Hello all I am just starting out making buch and i am finding my counter is to cold and its july so i need a fix so i magyvered this and it seems to be working very well. Its a 300 watt (i think ... will check when batch is done) buffet server that was just sitting on a shelf not being used and the controller i got on amazon http://www.amazon.ca/dp/B00BMLCGF8/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20 and also a extension cord that i cut in half ... the two ends can't be seen but they are coming out of tin can from value village that is housing the controller. the sensor from the controller is under the nine liter jug that is sitting on 4 layers of terry cloth. the buffet server is just left on low and the controller does all the work. wishing the buffet server was the larger one so could have two jugs going. but patience grasshopper see how this works out and if i need that much of a supply.
