TXBREW because he's the man and also, I think, part god since he created this utopia for us.

Also REVVY and YOOPER for being encyclopedias of brewing information and taking the immense amount of time out of their lives to share that information with everyone. I don't think there is a question that anyone could ask that hasn't already been answered by one or both of them. Seriously. Even something as off-the-wall as questions about fermenting pancake mix and straining through a gym sock.

Pretty much anyone who is willing to document their equipment/process/recipe and then withstand a barrage of questions on why they did it like that deserves a bit of praise.
