Has anyone had issues of keezer overheating?

I've been using a minimalist keezer setup (cobra taps coiled inside and inkbird controller). I was considering adding a wooden skin around the keezer to make it look fancier, however I'm a bit concerned that the unit would overheat. Anybody have any issues with covering the freezer with wooden exterior? Or am I being overly cautious?
