Well I've been brewing beer for some time and had some extra yeast lying around along with a gallon of fresh cider from the cider mill. So I put two and two together and decided to try hard cider that taste like cider and not so winey. I melted some Caramels add them, boiled the cider and pitched the yeast. After fermentation I plan on adding more melted Carmel for some added sweetness. We will see how it turns out.
