Transplanted American in Germany for a few years until Uncle Sam sends me elsewhere. Left my HB equipment in the states figuring it would not be needed in the land of Oktoberfest. Boy was i wrong. Helles and Hefe cant take the place of a good IPA or Stout in my book. Forced to buy new equipment over here, but gave me the opportunity to make the all grain leap!I've lurked these forums for years and decided to start being Active.

Enjoys: Arguing with the locals about the superiority of American Craft Beer and their lack of creativity in all things German, cycling, delivering democracy.

Does not enjoy: Signing cleaning contracts with my wife to make homebrew purchases.
