So, we started by collecting a sample of yeast from a few bottles of Farmhouse Ale.... Then we built a starter up to pitch into an ale, and let it get down to business.

But of course, that wasn't complicated enough.... We ended up splitting THAT batch, and doing something entirely different for a second beer!
