So yeah. This started a few weeks ago after much deliberation on what size to go with. It was quite easy but I made it more difficult that I should have. It was fun and it's functional. Oh yeah and add $100-200 to whatever you think you will end up spending on this project. Still worth it.
That being said, I went with a 2x6 collar and can't fit the 4th/5th keg on the hump due to height issues. With a 2x8 collar it can be done which is quite depressing for me. That being said, I will not be deconstructing it to add more height. I will use this as a learning experience and will get a 3ga keg to start doing some 3ga BIAB batches as I start experimenting with all grain.
Buying, painting and prepping. Plus making collar.

Added a boarder around the collar. Red Oak with a Nut Brown stain.

The inside plus the 4th Keg issue on the hump. Unless there is a flat ball lock attachment, I will have to buy a 3ga corney keg.

EDIT: Crap just saw how much a 3GA keg costs. Might be cheaper to just redo the collar.
