Hey, i brew up a honey ale, 30% orange blossom honey, I added maltodextrin at the beginning of the boil, after the first week of fermentation there was no precipitation, I added gelatin to clear out the green beer, when I transferred to secondary I grabbed a sample for tasting, sweet and citric on the mouth, FG 1.010, fine for me, I'm adding some more maltodextrin at bottling for mouthfeel, on the nose there is a very strong aroma of cascade hops and also a strong aroma for what I call gummy bears any thoughts on that gummy aroma? Might it be the gelatin? Will it go off with cold crashing?

Most aromatics do fade over time. Exactly why you have this smell? I suppose it's possible that the gelatin dropped some other things that contribute to the aroma and what's left is giving off some fruity smells.
