Got to meet/drink with The Greg a few weeks ago during American Craft Beer Week in SLO, CA. He gave a presentation at Cal Poly SLO for the Entrepreneurs Club on campus, and later went down to one of the local watering holes & gave this little gem (sorry for the crappy vid quality, but they keep it rather dark inside):
