I've been lurking around these parts for a few months now. Finally decided to officially say, Hello!
I live in Madison, WI and brew all-grain with a friend and now my wife wants to get in to it. Lucky me, that means she was onboard with some brewery expansion.
I enjoy brewing anything big - IPA, Imperial Stout, Coffee beers, etc.
I'd like to focus on controlling the process and being able to repeat what we make. Eventually I'd like to move from our 3-tier brew system to a single tier with pumps to make things a bit easier (especially getting grain out of the mash tun 5 feet from the floor)
Anyway - I planned on writing up a few of our experiences on the blog I just started - http://www.mcsoko.com - hopefully i'll stick to it.
