I recently come into an apprenticeship at a local brewery and I’m currently reading several books on the subject. So I’m a noob but learning more everyday. I have several other hobbies that I thoroughly enjoy including pipe tobacco, music and I’m a writer amongst many more that totally devour my time! My favorite styles of beer are wheat, sours, IPAs, porters, stouts and barley wines all depending on the mood and season. Greetings to all! Now back to the books! Lol.
