Hello there fellow beernuts!
I've been brewing on and off for a few years now but am ready to dust off all the equipment and get back into it full tilt. I took a sabatical from brewing myself since I happen to be close friends with one of the best Brewmasters on the east coast, Neil Acer. He opened up Defiant Brewing in Pearl River NY and with that so close to me there really isn't a need to brew it myself since I had all the lucious beer I could drink right from the unitank! But..with a little interest from another friend of mine
, I'm ready to get back into it. So look out neighbors the brew tree is getting wheeled back out into the drive way in all of it's glory!
