Hi everyone, been lurking for about a week here I'm new to brewing, 2 batches in but haven't been able to taste any of it yet! I just purchased a new kettle and mash tun, so hopefully my next batch will go a little easier. I've done one all grain and one extract so far. My current goal is to make a nice citrusy IPA.
