Greetings from Lower Alabama

Hello all, I'm completely new to home brewing but my brewing bud used to do some extract brewing but hasn't in a long while. He decided to build a Brewtus and we've been done several batches of All Grain over the last few months.

It's something I've always wanted to do and really enjoyed it. So much so that I've built a great keezer and man cave to put it in.

So is Lower Alabama the panhandle of Florida or are you around Mobile?

It's good to know that there are some Alabama homebrewers. My girlfriend is from there, and we just visited and he wants to start brewing, but it is illegal in the state (though rarely enforced). He lives in a dry county. Have you had any worries?
